Yes. Your site runs on your own domain. HouseListr's Terms say "Your domain is yours," and a domain we register for you is registered in your name.
Will my site look like every other agent's?
No. It is designed around your brand, your market and your clients, with your logo, colors and fonts, never the same layout handed to every agent. After launch you change the hero, the sections, your team and every listing page yourself, at any time.
Do I need to know how to build a website?
No. We design and set up your site and listings with you, and after that you add listings and edit pages in plain screens, no code.
Does it include MLS/IDX?
MLS/IDX integration is available, set up for you as a service, subject to your MLS provider's approval and requirements.
What happens to my domain and data if I leave?
They stay yours. HouseListr's Terms say "We will not withhold your data, your content or your domain because an invoice is disputed or because you are leaving." You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, with no early termination fee.
Does my site work on phones?
Yes. Every page, from the listing photos and the home search to the viewing request, is designed to work on phones and desktops alike, because that is where most buyers will first see your listings.
Do seller leads come to me?
Yes. A homeowner answers a few short questions on your sell page, and the valuation request lands in your lead inbox with an email alert.
Will my site show up on Google?
Every listing page carries its own title, description and search markup, and your site has its own sitemap, so Google can find and understand each page. No one can guarantee a ranking on Google.
What happens when a buyer asks a question on a listing?
The AI answers from that listing's details, shares open-house times and collects viewing requests, which come to you for confirmation.
