Shauan Ferreira Leite
Founder
Senior software engineer with 10+ years building ecommerce and consumer products for clients including Converse, Amazon and Tom Ford, where a page either sells or it doesn't. At HouseListr, Shauan leads product, engineering and AI, so every layout, and every line of AI-written listing copy, has one job: get the buyer to book the showing.

Odaine Lawson
Co-founder
Cloud and DevOps engineer with 10+ years running infrastructure for large organizations including Xerox, Rite Aid and Atrium Health, where downtime costs real money. At HouseListr, Odaine owns the infrastructure and AI systems, and built the platform to work the same for the first agent as for the ten-thousandth.

How We Work
You approve everything. Nothing is sent, booked or published until you approve it.
Every figure has a source. Prices, dates and counts come only from real records, and each one shows where it came from.
Fair Housing built in. Listing copy and messages are checked for steering and protected-class language before you see them.
Your domain and data stay yours. Our Terms say "Your domain is yours," and we will not withhold your data, your content or your domain when you leave.
No lock-in. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, with no early termination fee.
